9-11 In Retrospective: Facts, Fictions, or Fantasies

It's hard to believe that 9-11 was 25 years ago.

A quarter century has passed and there are still questions raised about the most tragic and consequential event on American soil. Given that, life went on for the vast majority of Americans after the attack, after the Iran invasion, after the Afghanistan fiasco/disaster - the longest war in American history - after the Great Financial Crisis, even after Covid.

The following links are to investigative reportage concerning the incident. IdleGuy.com takes no official position on the issue of 9-11 and takes no sides with either the government's own conclusions nor those of any so-called 9-11 Truthers, or conspiracy theorists.

At some point, everybody has to do their own research and draw their own judgement.

Everybody has a an opinion. Some of us prefer to publish theirs. On this matter, mine is rather moot, because, whether the cause of 9-11 was nineteen or how many number of Al-Queda terrorists taking over planes and flying them into buildings or part of some sinister government plot, in the end, I'm just another internet blogger with an opinion. In the greater scheme of things, my opinion doesn't really matter.

To be perfectly honest, I don't put much faith in the government's account of the events on September 11, 2001. There are just too many inconsistencies and scientific evidence that point in other directions. Frequent readers of my Money Daily blog are probably well aware of my skepticism against most government narratives.

What's eminently more important is what has occurred since that tragic day 25 years ago. Most importantly, the United States is still involved in military action in the Middle East, along with its staunch ally, Israel, only now, the open enemy is Iran, not Iraq, not Yemen, or Somalia, and Iran has one thing that the U.S. cherishes most: oil, and lots of it.

Wars, terror, militarism, and other agressive actions, either covert or overt, are usually entertained under the auspices of governments or their allies in pursuit of resources. Long ago, wars were fought over land. Today, it's resources, be it precious metals, commodities, rare earths, or political considerations.

Considering the agressive nature of the current and past U.S. administrations, the question of why and how 9-11 was planned and carried out may offer some clues to what is happening in the world today.

Along with the links provided above, the films below, "911 Loose Change 1st Cut", released in 2005, and the subsequent, "911 Loose Change 2nd Edition" (2006) are offered below. Those using Safari browsers may not be able to see the actual videos and are advised to follow thise links:
